Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and drive door-to-door sales in the Sydney suburbs. 

Your primary focus will be encouraging and facilitating commercial customers to replace their existing inefficient Electric/Gas hot water systems with energy-efficient heat pumps. 

Remember! We not selling any products to customer instead of offering free Hot Water Heat Pump with $0 investment by eligible customer.

This making us different with other convention sales person.

The best part is that the product is completely free of cost for the customer, making it an enticing opportunity for businesses looking to improve energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate the advantages of the HEAB and HEER Scheme program, emphasizing the cost savings and environmental benefits to clients.

  • Maintain relationships with clients.

  • Giving presentations to a wide range of customers.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate product installations and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using the provided application.

  • Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to establish rapport with customers and create long-lasting relationships.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously.

  • A passion for energy efficiency and sustainability, with a genuine desire to make a positive environmental impact.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to visit customer sites.
